Victoria Relocation is established in the Lille Metropolitan Area, at the crossroads of Europe, and has been welcoming and supporting employees on job relocation since 2002.

With its national network of consultants, who share the same high standards and values, Victoria Relocation operates throughout France.

We are aware of the cultural differences and needs of employees from all horizons and always accompany them with the same aim in mind: to help towards their personal integration into their host region so that they adapt as smoothly as possible to their new working environment.

Facilitating relocation

We act as a “one-stop shop” for the employee, for his housing needs, settling in, administrative formalities, welcoming his family, schools, etc.

We relieve the employer of the burden of administrative formalities (Mobilipass® application, accompanying the employee on visits to the administrative authorities, etc.), leaving him to focus on his new arrival’s integration and effectiveness.

After a management career in large international groups, with 14 house moves in France and abroad, I decided to use my experience to help relocated employees.

Having worked closely with HR departments, I am aware of the issues involved with their employee relocations.

My personal experience of relocation means that I am sensitive to the expectations and anxieties of an individual who is required to undergo a change of home at the same time as a change of job, position or company.

My international career has given me an insight into multiculturalism and allowed me to learn several languages.

I work with a team of people who have had similar experiences and share the same values of goodwill and success for their clients and for themselves; every day we take up the same challenge of satisfying our clients and receiving a “thank you” with a big, relaxed smile!
