During a telephone discussion, we’ll draw up your specifications together, based on your lifestyle, needs and wishes.
We’ll carefully short-list a number of houses/apartments that match your criteria and organise joint visits. We’ll draw up your application to the lessor and send it to him. We’ll be with you for the drawing-up and signature of the lease, the inventory and the home insurance application …
Finally, we’ll take care of all the changes to the utility contracts: electricity, gas, water …
We can also help you choose schools for your children, deal with registrations, find a child-minder, etc.
All you have to do is move in and make use of our welcome pack!
Discovery day
You’re moving to a region that you know nothing about and you’re asking a number of questions: What sort of housing is available? What are the rents?
Which district should I live in, as a sports-lover, as someone with school-age children, as a city-dweller, as a lover of the countryside, etc.
To answer these questions, take part in a discovery day. We’ll give you a “feel” of your destination town and its surroundings, schools, main cultural centres, shops, etc.
You can visit a few houses/apartments: this will help you define your own search criteria more clearly.
We’ll offer you a “local” lunch.
Arriving from abroad
Apart from searching for a home and helping you settle in, we’ll help you with your administrative formalities:
